Elgin ISD Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Elementary School (Source: Texas Contractor)

ELGIN, TX — Elgin Independent School District is celebrating the groundbreaking for its new elementary school, Harvest Ridge Elementary. The ceremony took place near the school’s construction site with students, parents, educators, and community members in attendance.
Harvest Ridge Elementary will be the district’s fourth elementary school and will serve students in grades pre-K through 5th grade. The school will be built with state-of-the-art technology and will feature innovative designs to enhance learning experiences for students. The new elementary school is a part of the district’s nearly $183 million bond program, which was passed by the Elgin community in November of 2021.
