Mr. Streich is a team leader for LAN’s Infrastructure Land Development Group, focusing on diverse design, construction management, and inspection experience as it relates to land and site development. Eddie has been responsible for a $24 million mall redevelopment, museum campus improvements, and single-family, industrial, and commercial developments. He is well-versed in the design and construction administration of various infrastructure, including water and wastewater facilities, drainage detention systems, and sanitary sewer; as well as preliminary engineering studies and bond issues.
