Mr. Howard is experienced in the engineering design field of electrical, controls, instrumentation and site electrical utility systems. Denney’s diverse experience includes electrical design and engineering projects for new and renovated facilities, such as institutional, solid hazardous waste, transportation and recreation, water and wastewater utilities, and more.

Denney’s broad range of design and engineering experience includes interior and exterior lighting, utility coordination, normal and emergency power distribution, medium-voltage distribution systems, grounding and surge protection, telecommunication systems, SCADA interface, fire alarm systems, security systems, lightning protection systems, life safety systems, public access systems and more. His electrical design background also includes energy studies analyzing utility and operational data in order to make recommendations on energy saving measures for clients.
