Texas District Selects Program Manager for $89.5M Bond (Source: Spaces4Learning)

The Crosby Independent School District in Crosby, Texas, recently announced that it has selected Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) as program manager for the completion of an $89.5-million school bond that voters approved in 2017, according to a news release.
LAN will help the district expand Crosby High School, a project estimated for completion by June 2025. The project is a result of increasing enrollment in the district, and the high-school expansion will allow the district to increase the school’s current capacity by more than 30% to 2,490 students. LAN will also assist with renovations to the running track and planning out future upgrades for facilities around the district
