Mr. Hester has more than 39 years of extensive experience with preliminary engineering and final design of multi-faceted transportation projects. He understands the importance of utility coordination, identifying and resolving utility conflicts, presenting relocation alternatives, developing estimates of constructions costs, and eliminating conflicts between roadway improvements and utilities.

Craig has designed projects for TxDOT, Harris County Flood Control, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority, Brazoria County Toll Road Authority, Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, North Texas Tollway Authority, and many counties across Texas.
