Profile

Mr. Medina is highly experienced in leading multiple types of construction projects. His extensive knowledge covers the entire lifecycle of construction management, from design and planning to execution and closeout.

Clem has significant experience in design, construction services, and project management. He is responsible for delivering construction projects on time and under budget while acting as a liaison between the A/E team, contractors, and the district to effectively resolve conflicts/issues that may arise on the project.

Clem has managed various types of projects, including capital improvement, higher education, K-12, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial projects, ranging from $50 thousand to $40 million. Notably, he has managed more than $650 million worth of K-12 projects during his career.

Clem coordinates all deliverables during the construction phase, prepares and submits bi-weekly project meeting minutes, completes bi-weekly field reports, reviews pay applications, and generates the final punch list.

  1. Goose Creek CISD Bond Program Management, Baytown, Texas:
    • 2013 $267 million Bond Program
    • 2019 $335 million Bond Program
    • Responsibilities included delivering construction projects on time and under budget, and acting as a liaison between the A/E team, contractors, and the District.
  2. Aldine ISD Bond Program Management, Houston, Texas:
    • Project Manager of design and construction phases for multiple campus renovation projects.
    • Responsibilities included reviewing construction drawings, specifications, spearheading client programming meetings, providing District presentations, and negotiating contracts
