Profile
Ms. Kirby has over 20 years of experience with design and management of large-diameter water transmission line projects up to 108 inches in diameter. Her experience includes numerous projects in crowded urban corridors and environmentally sensitive areas. She specializes in trenchless installations, including large-diameter tunnels and horizontal directional drilling. Her background also includes pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation projects. She is well versed in industry standards and has been a major contributor to published standard specifications and details for various pipe materials, coatings and installation methods.
Christine is active in several standards committees for the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP).
