Mr. Shumate serves as Water Supply & Authorities Manager for LAN’s Infrastructure practice in Houston and Montgomery County, Texas. Charles’ consulting engineering experience includes water, wastewater and stormwater systems. His expertise ranges from concept development to data collection and analyses, planning of cost models and capital improvement programs, and report development. He has served public and private sector clients throughout Texas, including the San Jacinto River Authority, North Fort Bend Water Authority, West Harris County Regional Water Authority, North Harris County Regional Water Authority, City of Houston, City of Austin, City of Sugar Land and numerous municipal utility districts (MUDs).
