A civil engineer with more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Abbott has managed hundreds of infrastructure projects, including marine ports, bridges, roadways and drainage for clients such as the Port of Houston, Texas Department of Transportation, METRO, Harris and surrounding counties, and the City of Houston.

As Director of Operations, Bill focuses on project delivery, risk management, design quality and technical processes to ensure successful project delivery for LAN’s clients. His consulting background includes project delivery improvements and guiding corporate growth and change.
