LAN Opens Expanded Frisco Office to Support Continued Growth in North Texas

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) has opened a new office in Frisco, strengthening the firm’s ability to support infrastructure needs across the rapidly growing North Texas region. LAN has served North Texas for more than 50 years, beginning with the opening of its Dallas office in 1973. Frisco is the firm’s third office in the region, joining its locations in Dallas and Fort Worth.

The 7,300-square-foot office is nearly twice the size of LAN’s previous Frisco location and provides capacity for an additional 30% growth. The new space features sit-stand desks, modern furnishings, collaborative work areas and design elements inspired by the city of Frisco.

Since establishing its Collin County presence five years ago, LAN’s local team has grown substantially, doubling in size during the past three years. The expanded office reflects continued client demand and LAN’s investment in its people, projects and communities throughout North Texas.

The Frisco office supports public infrastructure projects throughout North Texas, providing planning, design, property acquisition, program management and construction management services for water and wastewater systems, transportation, drainage, parks and other community infrastructure.
