Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) announces that Josh Metcalf, PE, has rejoined the firm as a senior technical leader. Based in Houston, Metcalf will provide technical leadership for LAN's water practice, supporting major clients and infrastructure projects throughout the state.
Metcalf brings more than 20 years of experience in the planning, design and program management of large-scale water transmission systems, pump stations and regional water supply programs.
