FM 2551 Right of Way – TxDOT
LAN managed right-of-way acquisition for the FM 2551 realignment project in Parker, Texas, facilitating the conversion of a two-lane rural road into a six-lane divided urban roadway by acquiring 43 parcels through appraisals, negotiations, and condemnations.
