LAN Wins ENR Texas-Louisiana’s 2024 Best Project Award
Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) was named among the winners of Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana’s 2024 regional Best Project awards. Of 115 entries, 39 projects were recognized for outstanding design and construction achievements.

Mike Keenum, PE, CFM, has joined planning, engineering and program management firm Lockwood, Andrews and Newnam (LAN). As a senior associate and principal of LAN’s infrastructure group, Keenum will lead LAN’s expansion into the West Texas market.

Cedar Park City Council approved a $1.05 million contract to cover design and engineering services for a shared-use path along the eastern side of Lakeline Boulevard during its July 25 meeting.
