“Robert’s addition to our team brings a deep understanding of municipal operations and long-term capital planning,” said Wayne Swafford, PE, chief development officer at LAN. “His expertise in infrastructure funding and delivery adds significant value to our clients as they navigate complex mobility and utility programs.”
