Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) is pleased to announce that Samantha Avila, PE, has joined the firm as a program manager with the Dallas/Fort Worth Program Management team.
In her role, Avila will oversee projects under the Irving ISD 2023 Bond Program and Duncanville ISD 2023 Bond Program. She will manage the planning and construction phases of campus and district improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget and aligned with each district’s goals. Through this work, Avila and her team will help enhance educational environments that positively impact students, staff and the broader community.
