Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) is pleased to announce that Samantha Avila, PE, has joined the firm as a program manager with the Dallas/Fort Worth Program Management team.

In her role, Avila will oversee projects under the Irving ISD 2023 Bond Program and Duncanville ISD 2023 Bond Program.
