    Ashish Patel, PE

    Project Manager

    Ashish Patel brings more than 23 years of experience delivering complex structural and waterfront infrastructure projects. He has led the design and construction support of marine facilities, cruise terminals, bulkheads and port infrastructure throughout the Gulf Coast. His experience at the Port of Galveston includes the Cruise Terminal 2 Expansion and other waterfront improvements, giving him firsthand knowledge of the Port's facilities and operational needs.

    Lars Zetterstrom, PE

    USACE Coordination & Permitting

    With more than 32 years of engineering and leadership experience, including service as District Engineer and Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Galveston District, Lars provides strategic guidance on federal permitting and regulatory coordination. His understanding of USACE processes helps streamline approvals and reduce permitting risks for complex waterfront infrastructure projects.

    Sina Amini, PE

    Marine Engineer

    Sina Amini has more than 11 years of experience designing marine infrastructure and coastal improvements throughout Texas. His expertise includes dredging, navigation channels, shoreline protection, marina facilities and coastal resilience projects. Sina also has extensive experience coordinating with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to deliver projects that meet complex regulatory and environmental requirements.

    Construction Phase Services

    Alex Lion provides construction management and construction phase services for complex marine and waterfront infrastructure projects.
