    Travis Owens, PE, LGPP

    Travis has 14 years of experience in planning, design, construction, and project management, including 11 years at TxDOT.

    Travis has managed roadway, drainage, and multimodal transportation improvements and brings experience leading projects from planning through PS&E delivery. His background includes managing complex transportation projects while coordinating schedules, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

    Alex Torres, PE, LGPP

    Former TxDOT San Antonio District roadway engineer with more than 19 years of experience delivering roadway and ADA infrastructure improvements. Alex specializes in roadway design, pedestrian accessibility, utility coordination, and multimodal transportation solutions and has served as roadway lead on major urban transportation projects throughout Texas.

    Laura Casset, PE, CFM, CPESC

    Laura brings 23 years of experience in drainage engineering, floodplain management, and stormwater infrastructure. She specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, resilient infrastructure planning, and developing solutions that improve safety and long-term corridor performance.

    Nick Krajewski, PE

    Nick leads LAN’s subsurface utility engineering and utility coordination practice and brings 11 years of experience supporting municipal and transportation infrastructure projects. His expertise includes utility investigations, conflict mitigation, and coordination strategies that reduce risk during project delivery.

    Travis brings more than 25 years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects throughout Central Texas. His experience includes roadway, utility, drainage, and ADA-accessible infrastructure projects that improve community connectivity and long-term mobility.

  • Adam Giblin, PE

    Adam has 15 years of experience delivering municipal roadway, sidewalk, and shared-use path improvements throughout Texas. His experience includes ADA-compliant facilities, corridor improvements, and quality-focused project delivery for public agency clients.

    Lakeline Boulevard Shared Use Path - City of Cedar Park

    LAN designed approximately 3.9 miles of improvements to expand Cedar Park’s trail network and improve multimodal connectivity throughout the community. The project replaced existing narrow sidewalks with ADA-compliant 8- to 10-foot-wide shared-use paths and included upgraded crossings, signage, and transitions throughout the corridor.

    Project Highlights:
    • 3.9 miles of shared-use path improvements
    • ADA-compliant pedestrian infrastructure
    • Improvements at 35+ intersections and driveways
    • Designed to improve accessibility and user safety
    • Supported successful federal funding through CAMPO

    Purgatory Creek Improvements - City of San Marcos

    LAN designed trail, sidewalk, roadway, and crossing improvements to improve connectivity between neighborhoods, parks, and downtown destinations. The project created a continuous multimodal corridor that enhances mobility, accessibility, and public safety while supporting long-term resiliency.
