Profile

Mr. Reeves has built his resume on complex pipeline design, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, and water and wastewater facility projects. His background includes route evaluation, capacity analysis, condition assessment, hydraulic modeling, detailed design, constructability/quality control review and construction administration for municipalities, water authorities and river authorities. His experience includes rural and urban pipeline design up to 110 inches in diameter, addressing USACE, TxDOT, TCEQ, railroad and other permit requirements. He served as project manager for a $93 million pipeline project that consisted of 15 miles of 108-inch pipeline and a 235-MGD flow control station. Mr. Reeves has also overseen the successful design of water and wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, roadway design and reconstruction, and several drainage and stormwater management improvements for North Texas communities. He served as a Past President of the North Texas Underground Construction Technology Association (UCTA) and serves on both the AWWA Fiberglass, Weirs, Troughs and Baffles Committee and the Grooved and Shouldered Joints Committee.
