Improving Communities from the
Ground Up

Since our inception, LAN’s focus has been serving our communities by delivering public infrastructure projects. Today, many municipalities, villages, towns, cities, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZs), and special districts are redeveloping communities to improve quality of life and provide modern amenities.

LAN’s dedicated municipal infrastructure team understands the challenges associated with improving existing roadways, drainage, utilities, and public facilities while minimizing impacts to residents and businesses. In addition to delivering standalone municipal projects, LAN is retained as a District Engineer by Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) and serves as General Engineering Consultant (GEC) for other public agencies as a one-stop-shop for complete civil engineering services.
