Dan McCausland brings more than 35 years of proven leadership experience in providing program and project management services. As Chief Development Officer, he is responsible for public-private partnerships, alternative deliveries, program management, and program controls.

Dan has earned a reputation as a leading professional in the public arena, having provided consulting services to more than 25 different public agencies in the implementation of their first Alternative Delivery (Design-Build, CMAR, JOC, or Private-Public-Partnership) projects. Dan’s background includes seven years as a public agent, seven years commercial contracting, and more than 20 years in capital program management services. He has successfully filled the roles of owner, contractor, and consultant over a wide range of projects exceeding more than $8 billion in Alternative Delivery and $20 billion in total construction value.
