LAN is the program manager for the $285 million Sheldon ISD 2016 bond. The program includes a new high school and elementary school on greenfield sites and renovations to re-purpose an existing high school and middle school. Additionally, the bond will accomplish the retirement of millions of dollars worth of deferred maintenance across multiple campuses and security upgrades to many locations. LAN is providing comprehensive management of all aspects of the program by furnishing the district with expertise in all aspects of work included in the following major categories: land acquisition, professional services procurement, design phase administration, construction services procurement, construction administration, closeout, and warranty phase services.
In addition to managing the entire bond program, LAN performed pre-bond services including preliminary scheduling and budget development. LAN also developed a high-impact marketing campaign targeted at communicating information to the community, ultimately contributing to the bond passing in 70% favor.
