Melissa has 19 years of engineering experience, with 16 years focusing on water system hydraulic and transient analysis for municipal water systems. She leads the company’s Houston-based Planning, Modeling and Pump Station Team and manages the company’s Montgomery County-based office. Melissa’s experience includes hydraulic and transient modeling, water systems master planning, pump station design, large diameter water line route evaluation and design, and hydraulic analysis of water plant facilities.
Her background includes EPANET, WaterGEMs and InfoWater, and transient analysis using the Liquid Transient (LIQT) program. Her responsibilities include project management, plant assessments, hydraulic and transient modeling of groundwater and surface water plants, pump analyses and selection, planning, preliminary engineering and technical design, quality control and quality assurance, and construction management.
