Mr. Grom has 20 years of experience as an architect, project manager, and program manager delivering quality educational marketplace solutions to clients in the education market. As the leader of LAN’s Educational Program Management Services Group, JP oversees the delivery of all Program Management services for multi-year, complex bond programs for K-12 school districts throughout Texas. His background includes master planning, facility assessments, design, construction administration, and warranty periods. JP provides a balance of technical competency and project management skills, a unique combination that allows him to deliver quality products with long-term value.
