Sampath Goolla, P.E., Joins LAN as Senior Project Manager

(MILPITAS, Calif. – Dec 15, 2015) Sampath Goolla, P.E., joins planning, engineering and program management firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) as a senior project manager. In this role, he will be responsible for managing municipal infrastructure projects in California.
With more than 12 years of experience as a project manager and design engineer, Goolla has been responsible for all aspects of large infrastructure projects from conception through construction. Previously, he served as a principal engineer for Parsons Transportation Group where he worked on a range of infrastructure projects throughout California. Some of the notable projects he has managed include the Caltrain Downtown Extension Project in San Francisco, California High-Speed Rail (San Jose to Merced and Merced to Fresno sections), and the Oakland International Airport Connector.

Goolla received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and his master’s degree in civil engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Goolla is a registered professional engineer in California.
